2016 B. Bille and Barker is merged into BarkerBille A/S, operating as an affiliated company of Moldow

2015 B. Bille A/S is aquired

2015 Barker Jørgensen Maskinfabrik A/S is acquired

2014 Moldow Russia is established

1960 Jørgen Hansen Maskinfabrik A/S is founded by Jørgen og Mary Hansen. The company primarily                                    manufactures filtersystems and painting plants for the woodworking industry.


Moldow Systems A/S' history

2003 Jørgen Hansen Maskinfabrik A/S takes over Moldow Systems A/S, and JHM-Moldow A/S is founded.

1992 The administration is moved to Værløse. Henrik Moldow leaves the company.

1990 Henrik Moldow sells H. Moldow A/S to capital partners, and the administration buildings to another company.

1978 H. Moldow A/S takes over Glent & Co.'s company in Store Heddinge.

1921 H. Moldow A/S is founded in Copenhagen by Harald Moldow. Harald Moldow dies and Henrik Moldow                          takes over the management.


Otterup Maskinfabrik ApS' history

2000 Jørgen Hansen Maskinfabrik A/S takes over Otterup Maskinfabrik ApS and the production is moved to Holsted

1990 Extension of office buildings and production facilities - 400 m²

1986 Extension of production facilities - 300 m²

1977 Extension of production facilities - 600 m²

1974 The company moves to new facilities in Otterup with 500 m² new production facilities.

1967 Otterup Maskinfabrik ApS is founded in Otterup by Arne Rasmussen. The company primarily manufactures                painting plants for the metalworking industry.
