Waste-to-energy and power stations

Moldow has many years of experiance with fans for waste-to-energy plants and power stations.

Example of fans for waste-to-energy plants are:

  • ID-fan – placed after flue gas cleaning plant and transport flue gas to the chimney through the flue gas condenser, to avoid operation with flue gas in saturated condition
  • Primary air fan - Transport of air from the boiler house to the grates
  • Secondary air fan - Transport of air from the waste bunker to the secondary air nozzles
  • Cooling air fan - Transport of air from the boiler house to the cooling inlets on the feeding pusher and grates
